09/25/14 Don't Miss the Mill Pond Library Auction!

It's only a few days away!!  The Mill Pond Library's live auction on Sunday, Oct. 5th, at the Town Hall in Dalton.  Doors open at 10am and the bidding starts at noon. Auctioneer Wayne Yoder, of Wautoma, has graciously offered his skills to our exciting day.  Right now the library is brimming with hundreds of items that have been donated for the sale.  Jon Fisco and Bob Conklin donated 2 Green Bay Packer tickets for the game against the Carolina Panthers on Oct. 19th.  Snuggle up this winter in a vintage monkey wrench quilt made and donated by the St.

09/16/14 Mark Your Calanders!

Mark your calendars.  The Mill Pond Library in Kingston is holding a live auction.  The bidding starts at noon on Sunday, October 5th, at the Dalton Town Hall.  Proceeds from the auction will go towards a new copier, replacing a pressure tank, and library materials.  Food will be served starting at 10am that day, when the doors open.  Try a delicious cinnamon roll, or a piece of homemade pie while you check out all the items that will be auctioned off.  Wayne Yoder, from Wautoma, will be the auctioneer for the day.

06/18/14 Happenings at the Mill Pond Library

The Mill Pond Library Photography Club just finished its first exhibition.  They raised $330.00, which was donated to the library, from prints that sold and a drawing that was held.  The drawing featured a photo taken by member Kathy Sletten, and the lucky winner was Mark Dugenske of Marquette. The club is thinking of doing a barn crawl in the Fall, taking pictures of interesting looking barns.  If you'd be willing to have your barn photographed send an email to Kathy at ksletten@chorus.net.
